Men's Bible Studies
As Christian men we are called by God to step up to the role designed by our Creator - that is, to engage in the quest for authentic manhood found only in a life grounded in understanding and obedience to His Word. The men's Bible study was formed to teach us God's plan for men as spiritual leaders, and challenge us to live accordingly. Through expository teaching and small group study of the scripture, this study fosters relationships with other men that provide Godly fellowship, encouragement, and accountability.
Wednesday Morning: Quest
Quest begins with a hot breakfast, followed by a lesson from God’s Word and a time for discussion and prayer. We’re working our way through a curriculum called The Gospel Project. This is a fast paced, highly practical survey of God’s Word. The emphasis of each study is on how God’s Word applies to the lives men lead and the issues men face. Wednesdays / 6:30AM / Parlor / Meets year round with occasional breaks / Led by Scott Wylie. For information on our men's studies, contact Steve Shelton.
Men who want to go deep into God's Word will enjoy our Wednesday evening men's Bible study. This study meets year round and is led by veteran Bible scholar, Dr. Alan Travers. Join anytime. The current study is going through the book of Isaiah. The study meets at 6:30 PM in room FC203.
