Some Common Questions

  • Your campus is big. How do I find my way around?
We have friendly, helpful greeters at the Welcome Desks who are happy to help you. There are also signs on the walls.
  • Are there programs for my children?
There sure are! We have loving and safe activities for children in age-appropriate environments that focus on helping children know God, think biblically and live wisely. If you're bringing young children, here are some tips for you:
    • Arrive 15 minutes early on your first visit and stop at the Family Center Welcome Desk for assistance & directions.
    • Our nurseries are stocked with everything a baby needs except milk/formula, bottles, and pacifiers. Please label anything you bring to the nursery. If your baby takes formula, please have the water premeasured in the bottle and formula premeasured in a separate container.
    • Please alert the volunteer staff to any allergies or special needs your child may have.

  • What about older students?
We have lively worship and Bible study for middle school and high school during the 9:30 AM service. Our college students meet during the 11:00 AM service.
  • What is your music like?
Our worship music is “blended” in that it includes contemporary songs as well as the great hymns of the Christian faith, accompanied by a fantastic orchestra and choir.
  • How would you describe the preaching style?
Stephen is an expositor. His preaching focuses on God’s Word. He most often preaches through books of the Bible and occasionally looks at God's Word topically.
  • How are people usually dressed?
Among the worshippers, you'll notice a range of clothing styles. Many come dressed casually while others prefer a  semi-formal style. The speaker will wear a coat and tie.

Guest Reception
At the conclusion of the Worship Service, please stay to meet us. Our pastor (or guest speaker) greets guests just in front of the stage after each service.
