Davin Perkins was born in New Hampshire and was brought up in Massachusetts. He attended Baylor University in Waco, TX. During his time at Baylor, the Lord used his Old Testament Professor to bring him to salvation. Davin also met his wife at Baylor; they were married in 1994 and have been blessed with three wonderful children: two daughters who are fourteen and eleven and a son who is six.
He was transferred to North Carolina with work in 2007; God led the Perkins to Colonial shortly after they moved. In addition to serving the church body as a Deacon, he also serves on the Welcome Team. In the past, Davin has been involved in leading men’s discipleship groups and New Believers classes.
Davin is looking forward to getting to know each of the members of his flock better and is hopeful that these relationships will grow and bear fruit for the Lord.
