Glen Bartels began attending Colonial in September 1996, shortly after moving to the area. He works in Research Triangle Park in software development. He and his wife, Connie, live in Cary and have two adult children: Michelle who is married, with two children, and lives in the Chicago area and Mike, who is married with three children, and lives in Davao City, Philippines. Mike and his wife, Lisa, are teachers at Faith Academy Mindanao, and are members of the Colonial Global Staff.
Glen serves as a deacon, an usher, and is active in the Colonial Evangelism Explosion ministry. Connie is active in the Colonial Women’s Ministry. Both attend the Lifespring ABF.
